Making our store safe for you

Here at Filati, you're our priority. We want to create the best shopping experience for you in the safest way. Here is a list of precautions we have put in place at Filati to help keep everyone safe.

1. Track and trace

 On our front door, you will find the official NHS QR code poster.  This can be done quickly and easily using the NHS COVID-19 app.

2. How many people allowed in store at once?

Taking our floor space into consideration, we have calculated the maximum amount of people allowed in store at once is 4 people. This still allowed a 2 metre distance with our one way order in place. When visiting the store you will see arrows mapping out our one way system and the 2 metre measurements. 

3. Hand sanitiser

There is a contactless hand sanitiser machine at the entrance of our shop and at the check out desk. This will reduce the risk of transmission by touching products while browsing. Our sanitiser is a nice smelling, moisturising gel which gets released after a hand is placed under the motion sensors.

4. Cleaning

Our store has undergone a deep clean before for the opening on 12th April. We also ensure a full shop clean first thing in the morning and regular cleaning of objects, surfaces and handles that are touched frequently throughout the day. 

5. Signs

Using signs and posters to build awareness of good hygiene and hand sanitation.

6. Changing rooms

We have adopted a limited entry approach, where entry is managed by a member of staff. Only one person is allowed to try on clothing at one time. For any clothing that is tried on and not bought will be quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours.
